My son, Aley, has been interested in edible landscapes. ┬áHe pulled up some garlic mustard from our yard — yes it is a weed!

We tried a pecan pesto with garlic and Parmesean cheese.

We will need to make about 100 gallons to actually make a dent in our yard’s population of this invasive species…
